The company crafts each design using ethically sourced precious metals and genuine gemstones, handcrafted by artisans with over a century of collective experience. Rooted in purpose, Awe Inspired has woven charitable giving into its DNA: every purchase contributes to causes that empower women, with donations reaching into the millions.
Central to Awe Inspired’s customer ecosystem is its paid membership program, the “Goddess Circle” - powered by our partners at Subscribfy. After making a purchase, customers are invited to join with a 30‑day free trial; then, for $40 per month, members receive $40 in monthly store credit, along with perks including free shipping, 10% off every order, early access to new products and exclusive sales, and mystery gifts on orders over $300… plus the flexibility to pause or cancel anytime.
By integrating this membership program seamlessly into the checkout experience, Awe Inspired encourages ongoing engagement and loyalty, treating the monthly fee not simply as a cost but as an investment back into the customer’s own shopping experience through store credit. This thoughtful structure enhances customer retention while reinforcing the brand’s ethos of empowerment and reciprocity - making the Goddess Circle feel like an invitation into a supportive, values‑oriented jewelry community.

Awe Inspired discovered that a growing segment of their Goddess Circle members were accruing unspent credit and were not opening their Klaviyo email reminders.
Despite sending beautifully designed campaigns, personalized reminders, and multiple follow ups, email simply did not work as a channel. This gap meant members were missing out on benefits they had already paid for, and Awe Inspired was missing an opportunity to strengthen loyalty and drive incremental sales.
Having seen how Paper Run had helped brands like UKLASH, Tata Harper and ALT Fragrences in reaching customers who didn't open Klaviyo emails, Awe Inspired decided to reach out to Paper Run to reach these members offline through personalized direct mail.
