Who are D.Louise?
Founded in 2021 by Olivia Jenkins and Jack Zambakides, D.Louise is a London-based jewellery brand built on the idea that everyday pieces should be both stylish and long lasting. Olivia began the brand after struggling to find jewellery that could handle daily life, including work, exercise, travel and sleep, without tarnishing or needing constant care. This experience inspired her to create pieces that combine practicality with a clean and modern aesthetic.
D.Louise has become known for its focus on durability, accessibility and sentiment. The brand creates pieces designed for long-term wear, often using stainless steel with protective coatings that increase longevity. D.Louise primarily sells direct to consumer via its Shopify store but is also known for pop-up stores that sell out in minutes.
Customers out of reach
D.Louise has critical Klaviyo email and SMS flows set up to remind people when they have left something in their cart or to let customers know about new collections or products that have launched that they may have missed.
Unfortunately, as is the case for many brands today, most of these messages go entirely unseen. After identifying the problem, CEO Jack Zambakides set out to find a way to reach these customers.
Having seen brands like Percival, Wolf & Badger and Eberjey using Paper Run to solve this exact problem, Jack reached out to get everything set up.
Incrementality testing
Using Paper Run's Klaviyo integration, D.Louise were able to easily set up automated Direct Mail flows across their lifecycle funnel. They then relied on the Paper Run design team to create beautiful, on-brand and personalised creative for each flow.
Like most smart marketers, the team at D.Louise were keen to incrementality test this new channel, so they used Paper Run's incrementality testing tools to set up an experiment.

Sparkling results
D.Louise has seen incredible impact by introducing Paper Run into their abandoned cart flows, making Paper Run one of the best performing channels across D.Louise's stack.
