Who is Latico Leathers?
Founded in 1984 by Paul Schreiber, Latico Leathers started as a small operation selling leather goods out of a trunk in NYC. With the addition of Paul’s wife, Lainie, the brand has grown into a celebrated women’s line, known for its artisan details, unique leather treatments, and thoughtful organization. Today, Latico is a "one-stop shop" for quality leather goods, with over 80% of its business coming from loyal, repeat customers.
When Email fails…
Like many Paper Run customers, Latico Leathers has automated email flows and sequences set up in Klaviyo to engage their community, win back churned customers, and convert abandoned checkouts.
Latico's Chief Marketing Officer, Ben Schreiber, recognized that relying solely on email wasn't sufficient, given the industry's average open rates. Noticing how Paper Run had assisted brands like Snif, Le Mieux, LESTRANGE, and Alexa Leigh in automating direct mail flows to reach non-email openers, he decided to implement a similar strategy.
… Latico sends mail
With Paper Run's Klaviyo integration, Latico was able to automatically identify customers who weren’t receiving their messages via email and set up automated marketing flows to reach them through beautifully personalized mailers.
Every day, Paper Run prints and delivers mailers for Latico, helping them re-engage and convert lost customers, recover abandoned carts, and celebrate customer birthdays with a special touch!
Results in the bag
Latico Leathers has seen incredible results by using Paper Run to automate direct mail flows to their unreachable customers. Paper Run enables Latico to connect with customers they couldn’t otherwise reach, and even better, these flows are converting over 3% of those customers, consistently delivering a return on ad spend (ROAS) of over 11x.
