Tired of the expensive and complex nature of buying fragrance, childhood friends Bryan Edwards and Phil Riportella partnered together to push the industry towards more inclusive and accessible products with Snif. Since its founding in 2020, Snif has made it fun and easy for everyone to enjoy luxury-level fragrance by offering clean, high-quality scents at affordable prices.

Snif has set up automated email flows within Klaviyo. They send emails to customers thanking them for their first order, attempting to win back those who haven’t returned in a while, and reminding them to recover abandoned carts. However, like AKT, Green People, Le Mieux, and many others, Snif noticed a high number of customers who simply weren’t opening those emails. That’s when they turned to Paper Run for help.
