Twillory, established in 2014, is a menswear brand that seamlessly blends traditional craftsmanship with modern performance. Founded by a group of neighborhood friends and families—hardworking immigrants from Europe and South America with deep roots in the garment industry—the company set out to redefine performance menswear. By prioritizing superior fabrics, Twillory aims to maximize both comfort and functionality in its products.
The brand offers a diverse range of clothing designed for both professional and casual settings. Its product line includes dress shirts, performance pants, blazers, athleisure wear, and accessories, all crafted for versatility and easy care. Twillory's mission is to complete every man's wardrobe with garments that are not only comfortable and convenient but also affordable, reflecting its commitment to quality and value.
Abandoned carts that couldn't be reached
Like all e-commerce brands, Twillory faced the challenge of abandoned carts, particularly from anonymous shoppers they couldn't identify. To address this, they partnered with our friends at Revenue Roll to identify these customers, enabling Twillory to retarget previously unidentified shoppers across multiple channels.
However, not all of these customers could be reached via email or Meta's retargeting ads. After seeing how Paper Run helped brands like Underdays, Desmond & Dempsey, and Latico Leathers connect with customers who weren’t opening their emails, Twillory decided to give us a call.
Adding Direct Mail to the mix
Through Paper Run's integration with Revenue Roll and Klaviyo, Twillory was able to set up automated Direct Mail flows targeting these "previously unidentified abandoned carts"—shoppers they still couldn't reach via email.
By leveraging Paper Run's A/B testing functionality, they seamlessly implemented Incrementality Testing to measure and prove the impact of this new approach.
Control Group: Received the standard treatment, including existing email flows and retargeting ads.
Test Group: Received beautifully personalized mailers after abandoning their cart and remaining unreachable through digital channels.
