Sarah Vilenskiy was tired of struggling with chronic dry and irritated skin. Like most DTC brands Blossom have Klaviyo flows and email campaigns that look to convert Abandoned Carts, Winback Lapsed customers and nurture their VIPS…. and like all DTC brands most of those emails get lost on the way; ending up in Spam or Promotions.
