Who is Exalt?
Founded in 2019 by Charlie and Dan, EXALT's mission is to support people in balancing their demanding schedules with healthy eating habits. They worked with nutritionists and flavor experts to create a range of delicious, nutrient-rich meal supplements and cold-pressed juices.
Since its launch, EXALT has seen a surge in popularity, attracting customers to its "5:2 cleanse" and juice subscription plans.
Hard Pressed to reach their customers
To help their customers maintain a healthy routine, EXALT uses Klaviyo to send email & sms reminders when it’s time for another cleanse, offer words of encouragement to those at checkout, and provide tips on how to get the most value out of their products.
Like many DTC brands, EXALT became frustrated with their email open rates and started looking for a way to engage their non-openers. Helping people maintain a healthy lifestyle is challenging enough—but it’s even harder when you can’t reach them.
