FAV's audit surfaced something worth paying attention to: a portion of Chillhouse's abandoned cart and checkout segments weren’t engaging with digital channels at all. No email opens. No SMS clicks. No activity on the site. The flows were running, but it was clear: they weren't reaching everyone they needed to.
It wasn't a product problem. It was a leak in the funnel.
They saw results Paper Run was getting with beauty brands like Glaize, Tata Harper, and Snif and direct mail would be an effective channel to target these dormant cohorts.

FAV Solution brought Paper Run in as the right tool for the moment. Together, all three teams: Chillhouse, FAV Solution, and Paper Run - ran a two-month pilot targeting abandoned cart and abandoned checkout customers who showed zero engagement across digital channels. Using Paper Run's Klaviyo and Shopify integrations, beautifully branded postcards were triggered automatically to land directly in their mailboxes.

Results with no Chill
Across both flows, the numbers were a clear win. Chillhouse hit a 6.95% CVR and 6.1X ROAS . Customers who had gone dark on every digital channel were converting through the mailbox, and Direct Mail quickly became one of their strongest-performing channels.
