JOYMODE is rewriting the rules of men's health.
Founded by Shane Webster in 2020, the brand exists as a direct response to an industry full of questionable ingredients and even more questionable marketing. JOYMODE makes all-natural, scientifically backed products built around ingredients that actually move the needle. The pitch is simple, direct, and unapologetic: a legitimate alternative to prescription ED medications and mystery gym supplements, without the side effects or the awkward pharmacy run.

Performance issues
JOYMODE is doing everything right. Strong email list, SMS in the mix, retargeting running in the background. But every brand hits a point where the digital playbook stops compounding. For JOYMODE, that plateau showed up in a specific cohort: customers who came close to buying, dropped off, and went completely dark. No email opens, no SMS clicks, no site activity. Digital had nothing left to give with this group.
The question wasn't whether JOYMODE's product could convert them. It was whether any message could reach them at all.
The right touch
To re-engage these lost leads, JOYMODE launched an abandoned checkout flow with Paper Run. Integrated with Klaviyo, the flow identifies customers who abandoned their checkout and have gone completely dark on email and SMS, and automatically prints and ships a discreet self-mailer every day.
